Privacy Policy
Effective date: April 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Cleaner - Phone Space Manager treats information when you use the application, website, support channel, and related services. The application is designed as a two-factor authentication utility that helps users manage time-based one-time passwords and related token information on their device.
1. General approach to privacy
We designed the application to be simple and privacy-conscious. The developer does not sell, rent, trade, or transfer user data to third parties for advertising, profiling, or analytics purposes. We do not operate a public social network, messaging platform, or data-sharing service inside the app.
Your authenticator tokens are sensitive. You should only add token information for accounts that belong to you or that you are authorized to manage. The app is intended to help you access verification codes conveniently, not to bypass account rules or security restrictions.
2. Information you add to the app
The app may allow you to enter information such as service name, account name, and secret key for generating two-factor authentication codes. This information is used to show your token list and generate time-based codes inside the app experience.
The developer does not transmit this token information to external companies. No data is shared by the developer with third parties. You remain responsible for keeping your device, Apple ID, passcode, and backups secure.
3. Information collected automatically
We do not intentionally collect personal browsing history, contact lists, photos, precise location, messages, or unrelated device content through the app. The app does not require access to your personal files in order to work as an authenticator.
Apple may process certain information related to App Store downloads, purchases, refunds, crash reports, and subscription management according to Apple’s own policies. This processing is controlled by Apple and may be visible to you through your Apple account settings.
4. Subscriptions and in-app purchases
The app may include auto-renewable subscriptions or other in-app purchase options that unlock premium functionality. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. The developer does not directly receive or store your full payment card details. Purchase and subscription handling is provided through Apple’s in-app purchase system.
5. Support communication
If you contact us at support@claude2fa.com, we may receive the email address you use, the content of your message, and any details you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, full secret keys, recovery codes, government documents, or other highly sensitive information by email.
Support messages are used only to respond to your request, understand technical issues, clarify subscription questions, or improve the general quality of assistance. We do not use support emails for third-party advertising.
6. Data sharing
No user data is shared by the developer with third parties. We do not provide your authenticator entries, account names, or token secrets to advertisers, brokers, or unrelated service providers. We also do not create a public user profile from your app activity.
Limited information may be handled by Apple as part of App Store distribution, purchase validation, subscription management, crash reporting, refund handling, and account services. Those systems are governed by Apple’s terms and privacy practices.
7. Data security
We use a privacy-oriented product design and limit the amount of data involved in the service. However, no app, device, operating system, or storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. You should protect your iPhone with a strong passcode, keep iOS updated, and avoid sharing your device with unauthorized people.
If you believe your device, Apple ID, or an account connected to a token has been compromised, you should immediately update your credentials and review the security settings of the affected service.
8. Children’s privacy
The app is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through a support request, they may contact us so that we can review and delete the relevant communication where appropriate.
9. Data retention
Information you enter into the application remains under your control through the app and your device environment. Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period to handle follow-up questions, prevent duplicate troubleshooting, and maintain basic business records.
You may delete tokens from the app when you no longer need them. If you uninstall the app, device-level behavior may depend on iOS, backups, and Apple account settings.
10. International users
The app may be available in different countries. By using the app, you understand that Apple’s App Store services, payment systems, and support communication channels may involve processing in locations different from your country of residence.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, subscription updates, or improvements in wording. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
