Terms of Use
Effective date: April 26, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Cleaner - Phone Space Manager, including the mobile application, website pages, support communication, subscriptions, and related features. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Purpose of the app
Cleaner - Phone Space Manager is provided as a two-factor authentication utility. It helps users add and view time-based one-time password tokens for accounts and services that support authenticator apps.
The app does not create accounts for third-party services, does not control third-party login systems, and does not guarantee that any external website or service will accept a particular code. Availability and compatibility may depend on the rules of the service where you enable two-factor authentication.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the token details you enter and for keeping your device secure. You should not add token secrets belonging to another person unless you are legally authorized to manage that account.
You understand that losing access to your device, deleting tokens, resetting a phone, or changing account security settings may affect your ability to log in to external services. Always keep backup codes or recovery methods from the original service where possible.
3. Subscriptions and premium access
The app may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases. Subscription details, pricing, trial availability, renewal period, and cancellation information are shown before purchase in the App Store purchase flow.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If a free trial is offered, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable under Apple’s rules and the displayed purchase terms.
4. Refunds
Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We do not control Apple’s refund decision process. You may request a refund using Apple’s official purchase support tools.
If we receive a refund request for an in-app purchase from an end user, we reserve the right to provide Apple with information regarding the user's in-app purchase consumption. This includes the following data: app usage time, anonymous account identifier, total amount spent, and total amount refunded.
This information, where provided, is used to help Apple evaluate refund-related matters and protect the integrity of subscription access. It is not used by the developer for advertising or sale to third parties.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not violate the rights of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, abuse, disrupt, resell, or misuse the app or its subscription access.
You may not use the app to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or services. Two-factor authentication is a security tool, and you remain responsible for following the terms of the third-party services connected to your tokens.
6. No professional security guarantee
The app is a utility tool and is not a full cybersecurity service, managed security provider, identity recovery service, or guarantee against account loss. The app can help you organize authentication codes, but it cannot prevent every form of device compromise, phishing, credential theft, user error, or third-party service outage.
You should use strong unique passwords, keep recovery codes, update your device, and follow the security recommendations of the services you use.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, remove, rename, or modify features from time to time. Some features may depend on your iOS version, device capabilities, App Store availability, or subscription status.
We aim to provide a stable and useful app experience, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent support for every third-party account configuration.
8. Privacy
Your use of the app is also covered by our Privacy Policy. The developer does not share user data with third parties. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand the app’s privacy approach, support handling, and subscription-related notes.
9. Intellectual property
The app name, design, interface, text, graphics, icons, and related materials are owned by the developer or licensed for use. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative versions of the app except where allowed by law or explicitly authorized in writing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of access to third-party accounts, loss of data, lost profits, device problems, or interruption of services.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some parts of this section may not apply to you. In that case, the limitation will apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict access to features if required by law, platform rules, security concerns, or violation of these Terms. Subscription access remains subject to Apple’s purchase and cancellation rules.
12. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, subscriptions, or app usage, contact support@claude2fa.com.
